In Zaporizhia region, Ukraine forces destroy 20 enemy bases within week - Fedorov

Mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, said this on the air of the national telethon, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"In the Zaporizhia direction alone, 20 military bases were destroyed this week ... in Melitopol, Polohy, Mykhailivka, Vesele. If we rely on the official data of the General Staff, this is about 1,200 ruscists who will never be able to fight again," Fedorov said.

According to the mayor, Russian KIAs and WIAs are being brought to Melitopol by trucks.

At the same time, the mayor said, the invaders are trying to bring teachers to Melitopol from Dagestan, but no one allegedly wants to go.

As reported, the Armed Forces of Ukraine from February 24 to December 4 liquidated about 91,000 Russian troops, including 550 in the past day.
