Ukrainian soldiers discovered a small group of Russians attempting to slip between the positions of the Defense Forces in Chasiv Yar, Donetsk region, in order to consolidate and bring in reinforcements.

The 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo stated this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

"Chasiv Yar. Poor visibility. Ruins and basements. Russians operate in small groups – two or three people. They try to slip between positions, consolidate, and bring in reinforcements," the report said.

In the video, one of these groups was discovered by Ukrainian soldiers in the basement of a destroyed building. They were cornered and blocked inside.
