Seventy-one settlements left without electricity in Zaporizhzhia region

Seventy-one settlements are remaining without electricity in the Zaporizhzhia region, as Russian troops caused damage to power transmission lines.

The relevant statement was made by Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“As of November 20, 2022, due to the damage caused to power transmission lines, towers and equipment, a total of 24,701 consumers across 71 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region were remaining without electricity,” the report states.

Additionally, gas supply services were interrupted for 150,190 consumers across 206 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. Due to the damage caused to the main gas pipelines within the Zaporizhzhia region and the Donetsk region, a total of 199 settlements were disconnected completely and seven partially.
