208 people remain in Russian captivity in Zaporizhzhia region

In the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia region, the Russian invaders have kidnapped and captured a total of 540 people. Of them, 208 people still remain in captivity.

"We have a specific figure: 540 people have been captured, 208 of them remain in captivity, the rest have been released," Oleksandr Starukh, Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, said during a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine–Ukrinform.

Dniprorudne mayor Yevhen Matveyev, Enerhodar first deputy mayor Ivan Samoydiuk have been in captivity since March. Currently, nothing is known about their whereabouts.
