The 15th Carpathian Bear annual powerlifting championships took place in the city of Uzhgorod.
The strongest men of western Ukraine and guests from Slovakia measured strength at the championships.
Six strongmen competed in the traditional disciplines: powerlifting relay, holding 24kg kettlebell, throwing 300kg wheels, lifting a barbell with one hand, deadlift (from 330kg), the so-called "farmer stroll" (carrying two 150kg suitcases), carrying a 135kg cross and dragging a five-tonne ZiL car.
