About 19,000 civilians remain in Druzhkivka, Donetsk region
This was stated on television by the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin, according to a Ukrinform correspondent.
"The situation in Druzhkivka is the most difficult. The enemy is striking at municipal and privately owned infrastructure, destroying all vehicles moving around the city with FPV drones. ...There are currently about 19,000 people in the city, including 17,690 adults and 200 children," said the head of the region.
He once again urged people to leave the region and protect themselves and their loved ones.
“We are currently working and will not stop evacuating in order to support our people. People are leaving Druzhkivka,” Filashkin said.
As reported by Ukrinform, on January 20 this year, the Russian army dropped six aerial bombs on Druzhkivka, resulting in four civilians being wounded.
