President Poroshenko pardons 14 prisoners

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has pardoned 14 prisoners – three women and 11 men.
Six of them were released from serving the sentence and the prison terms were reduced for eight convicts more.
This is reported by the press service of the Head of State.
"Six persons of those pardoned are over 65 years old. All the pardoned, except for one person, have a single criminal record. Eight of them were sentenced to seven or more years in prison. All the pardoned are citizens of Ukraine," the statement says.
