Ukraine is ending its policy of diplomatic "non-noticing" in relations with Hungary and intends to respond decisively and proportionately to unfriendly steps and anti-Ukrainian rhetoric from the Hungarian leadership, including attempts to drag Kyiv into Hungary's domestic election campaign.
