The High Anti-Corruption Court has announced a recess in the consideration of a motion to seize the property of MP Yulia Tymoshenko until January 21.

This was announced by Judge Vitalii Dubas, according to a Ukrinform correspondent.

“A recess is announced until January 21, 2026, at 10 a.m.,” he said.

During the hearing, Dubas allowed the MP to absent herself due to her poor health, but she remained in the courtroom.

In addition to this motion, the prosecution submitted a number of documents to the court, and Tymoshenko's defense team asked the court to adjourn for at least a day to review these materials.

The prosecution's representative opposed this and asked the court not to grant Tymoshenko's defense request.
