Zelensky submits bills to parliament on extending martial law and general mobilization

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has submitted bills to parliament for the extension of martial law and general mobilization.

According to Ukrinform, bills No. 14366, dated January 12, 2026, on the approval of the Presidential Decree “On the extension of martial law in Ukraine,” and No. 14367, on the approval of the Presidential Decree “On the extension of general mobilization,” have been published on the parliament's website.

The bills have been sent to the relevant parliamentary committee for consideration.

As reported by Ukrinform, on October 30, 2025, the President signed laws extending martial law in Ukraine and general mobilization.
