Ukraine submits revised partnership memorandum to U.S.

Ukraine has revised the U.S.-proposed draft memorandum on partnership and submitted it to the U.S. side.

This was reported to Ukrinform by the Ukrainian delegation at the Munich Security Conference.

"During a phone call on Wednesday, Presidents Volodymyr Zelensky and Donald Trump agreed that Ukraine would revise the draft partnership memorandum and submit it to the U.S. side. Ukraine has handed over the document, and the U.S. side has requested time until 17:00 to review it," the agency’s source stated.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, during his visit to Kyiv on Wednesday, U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent handed over a draft partnership agreement between the two countries to the Ukrainian side. President Zelensky stated that his team was doing everything possible to swiftly examine the document's details so that it could be signed as soon as possible and "in time for the Munich Conference to avoid any delays."
