Shmyhal expects further strengthening of Ukraine-Bulgaria relations

Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal expects that after the appointment of a new Bulgarian government, relations between this country and Ukraine will become even stronger.

Shmyhal wrote this on Twitter following the appointment of a new Prime Minister of Bulgaria.

“I congratulate Nikolai Denkov on his appointment as Prime Minister of Bulgaria. I am confident that relations between Ukraine and Bulgaria will become even stronger. We will unite our efforts to build a safe and free Europe,” Shmyhal wrote.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Bulgarian parliament approved the composition of a new government on Tuesday. Nikolai Denkov was elected Prime Minister by 132 votes, while 69 deputies voted against.
