Zelensky: Talks on ceasefire in eastern Ukraine on eve of Easter at final stage

Negotiations on the return to a comprehensive ceasefire in Donbas on the eve of Easter are at the final stage, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has said.
He said this to reporters during a visit to the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant on Monday, April 26, Ukrinform reports with reference to the president’s press service.
"The meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group, especially the security working group, will continue on April 27. It seems to me that all parties have already agreed on everything. They have not yet agreed only on documenting this consent. We really want that. I do want there to be no shots or casualties on Easter. The Ukrainian side has already done everything for this," Zelensky stressed.
International Chornobyl Disaster Remembrance Day is marked on April 26.
