Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland Zbigniew Rau have begun an extraordinary meeting in Kyiv.
"I am pleased to welcome Zbigniew Rau on his extraordinary visit to Kyiv. It is important to enhance the Ukraine-Poland strategic partnership as Russia counties to elevate security threats for Ukraine, Europe and the Transatlantic community," Kuleba posted on Twitter.
