Yuriy Tandit resigns as advisor to SBU head

Yuriy Tandit, an advisor to the head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Vasyl Hrytsak, has filled a letter of resignation.

Tandit told this to an Ukrinform correspondent.

"I'm no longer an adviser to the SBU head. I wrote a letter of resignation," he said.

Tandit said he would continue to conduct the project on one of the Ukrainian TV channels, as well as work on the release of captives, in particular at the international level.

Yuriy Tandit was appointed an advisor to Vasyl Hrytsak in July 2015.
