Lutsenko appoints Uvarov as head of PGO General Inspectorate

Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko has appointed Volodymyr Uvarov to the post of head of the General Inspectorate of the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO).
Lutsenko signed a corresponding decree on Wednesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
Uvarov will start fulfilling his duties on December 1.
Earlier, the PGO reported that the PGO General Inspectorate will be formed to combat corruption at the office. Over 80 employees will work at the General Inspectorate.
