Russia vows to unblock Donuzlav Lake for Ukrainian ships
KYIV, April 1 /Ukrinform/. Russia's Black Sea Fleet will unblock the entrance for Ukrainian ships, blockaded in the Black Sea in Crimea, member of the Ukrainian parliament Andriy Senchenko has briefed the press on Tuesday in Kyiv.
"We raised the question of who will clear the way from the Donuzlav Lake. We offered our assistance, but we were assured that the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation will unlock Donuzlav individually and thus redeployment will begin," Senchenko noted.
So, according to the lawmaker, later this the day the sides will agree a schedule for all types of the Armed Forces with respect to their relocation, including the Navy and Air Force. The first ship, which is preparing to move to mainland Ukraine from Donuzlav is Ternopil corvette, then comes Kirovohrad corvette.”
Senchenko also said that concurrently with the preparation of this schedule the Ukrainian militaries will study the technical state of Ukrainian ships, because Ukraine has information that before the incident in Crimea only two Ukrainian ships could not be relocated independently.
