. FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk defender Vitaliy Mandziuk will miss Ukraine's World Cup 2014 qualifiers with Moldova and Montenegro, Sport-Express in Ukraine reports.
"Mandziuk played three games with cold complications, including the winning Europa League match with AIK. In Kyiv the defender underwent an in-depth examination and he was diagnosed. That forced the player to return to the club location. The footballer will be prescribed an intensive ten-day antibiotic treatment," the report says.
Earlier it has been reported that FC Shakhtar Donetsk defender Yaroslav Rakytskiy would not join his team for the World Cup qualifiers as he had been diagnosed with inflammation of the Achilles tendon.
