Ukraine, Bulgaria plan test launch of passenger rail connection via Romania
Kuleba announced this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"We are working on launching a passenger rail connection between Ukraine and Bulgaria via Romania. The goal is a test launch as early as this summer in a trilateral format. It is important to ensure a competitive offer through PSO," the statement reads.

During the meeting, the parties also discussed several other key issues, including the development of strategic transport corridors, the Danube cluster, and road infrastructure. According to Kuleba, both sides agreed to further work on the activities of the joint commission on road transport.

The discussions also covered digital solutions, including the operation of an electronic queue system at the border.
In addition, the sides addressed cooperation in maritime safety in the Black Sea. Ukraine expects to finalize an intergovernmental agreement on maritime search and rescue later this year.
