Over the three years of the full-scale war, Ukraine has received $115 billion in direct budget support from international partners, including $30 billion from the United States.

Ukraine's First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy, Yulia Svyrydenko, stated this at the "Ukraine. Year 2025" forum in Kyiv on Sunday, according to Ukrinform.

"Factories continue to be built in Ukraine. They are being constructed by foreign and Ukrainian companies in sectors such as agro-processing, machine engineering, and arms production. This demonstrates that Ukrainian and foreign companies are supporting our belief in the future with their investments," Svyrydenko said.

She added that the Ukrainian economy is gradually recovering after a 30% decline in 2022.

"We owe this recovery primarily to Ukrainian entrepreneurs who have resumed their activities and to our partners who have provided us with $115 billion in direct budget support over the past three years," the minister said.

According to Svyrydenko, the United States provided $30 billion of this direct budget support, with the European Union being the largest donor.

Svyrydenko stressed that it is important for Ukraine to continue receiving such support from its partners while also focusing on domestic production. Therefore, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine will continue to implement programs to support Ukrainian manufacturers this year. Additionally, programs addressing structural unemployment will be rolled out, she added.
