Windrose to launch Chernivtsi-Kyiv flight

Ukraine’s Windrose Airline will launch flights on the Chernivtsi-Kyiv route from June 1, the press service of Chernivtsi City Council reports.

"After several months of negotiations between Mayor Roman Klichuk, Deputy Mayor Ihor Krokhmal, the management of Chernivtsi Leonid Kadeniuk International Airport, and Windrose representatives, the airline decided to launch flights from Chernivtsi to Kyiv (Boryspil) from June 1, 2021," the report reads.

Flights will be operated three times a week - on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.

As Ukrinform reported, Motor Sich Airlines will launch direct flights from Kyiv to Chernivtsi and back from April 12. Thus, Chernivtsi-Kyiv flights will be performed six times a week.
