Ukraine saved UAH 100 bln due to ProZorro system over past four years

“Four years since its launch, the ProZorro public procurement system helped the country to save UAH 100 billion,” he wrote on his Facebook page.

In monetary terms, according to the minister, the largest amount of savings was recorded in Kyiv region (UAH 45.5 billion), Lviv region (UAH 5.7 billion), Dnipropetrovsk region (UAH 5.1 billion), Kharkiv region (UAH 4.5 billion) and Odesa region (UAH 3.8 billion), which was mostly due to the large number of state institutions located in these regions and, respectively, the large volume of purchases.

In percentage terms, the difference between the initial cost of all purchases in the region and the signed contracts following the auction, the leaders were Ternopil region (10.6%), Chernivtsi region (6.59%), Ivano-Frankivsk region (6.52%), Zhytomyr region (6.15%), and Lviv region (6.05%), Mylovanov wrote.
