Deposit Guarantee Fund completes liquidation of Eurogasbank

The Deposit Guarantee Fund of Ukraine has completed the liquidation of PJSC European Gas Bank (Eurogasbank), according to the Fund’s press service.
“On December 11, 2019, relevant documents were submitted to the United State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations to register the termination of PJSC European Gas Bank as a legal entity, thus, the process of liquidation of the bank is complete,” reads the report.
As reported, the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) in November 2014 decided to revoke a banking license of European Gas Bank and made a decision to liquidate the bank.
