Ukravtodor to invite international companies to monitor road projects in Ukraine

Independent international companies will oversee the implementation of key projects for the construction or reconstruction of Ukrainian roads in 2020.
Head of the State Agency of Automobile Roads of Ukraine (Ukravtodor) Oleksandr Kubrakov wrote about this on Facebook.
"Next year, the quality of all key road projects will be monitored by independent international companies whose expertise is recognized in the world," Kubrakov wrote.
According to him, as a pilot project, Ukravtodor plans to involve the Austrian consulting company iC consulenten to audit the work performed on the road N-08 Boryspil-Dnipro-Zaporizhzhia (through Kremenchuk)- Mariupol.
"As a result, we want to receive recommendations and an action plan to improve control over the performed work, considering the experience of EU countries," Kubrakov said.
