Ukrainian Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan announced that the number of flights on domestic air routes increased.

“Finally, we see an increase in flights not only on international but on domestic air routes also. Starting from today, SkyUp Airlines launch cheap regular flights Kyiv-Odesa and Kharkiv-Odesa. And starting from tomorrow, the Motor-Sich airline launches Kyiv-Uzhgorod flights three times a week,” Omelyan posted on Facebook on June 2.

He also confirmed that the largest and cheapest bus carrier in Europe, FlixBus, enters the Ukrainian market. The minister noted that it became possible after the conduct of the bus transportation reform in 2018. “As we promised, high-quality and cheap bus transportation will be carried out on repaired Ukrainian roads. More details will be revealed on June 11,” the infrastructure minister announced.
