Ukrainian PM Groysman: National economy reaches 1.5% growth in 2016

Ukraine’s economic growth will reach 1.5% in 2016.

Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said this, speaking to the students of the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute", an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"We will reach the economy growth at the level of 1.5% this year," Groysman said.

He recalled that Ukraine had a 10% economic decline with inflation rate at 43% in 2015.

"We are very positive about 2017, and we believe that 2017 will be a year of economic growth," the Head of the Government said.
