Government outlines 10 priority spheres in 2017 national budget

The adopted national budget for 2017 includes 10 spheres that will receive priority attention and financing.
This is stated in commentary by the Finance Ministry.
“The adopted budget-2017 differs [from the previous one] as it contains 10 spheres, which will receive priority attention and financing. These are the key areas of systemic reform of the country, among which are defenses, social standards, education, healthcare, diplomacy, agro-industrial complex, infrastructure, energy efficiency, culture and decentralization,” according to the Finance Ministry.
