Fiscal decentralization system should be developed – Groysman

Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has promised that the fiscal decentralization of local budgets will be maintained in full next year.
He stated this at the first International Congress of Mayors in Kyiv, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"In 2017 we will maintain a complete system of fiscal decentralization, and we believe that this system needs to be developed in the future," Groysman said.
According to him, the financial decentralization allows to increase local governments annually by 50 percent.
