The active phase of the Kavkaz 2020 military exercises of the Russian Armed Forces is scheduled for September 21-26, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, Vadym Skibitsky, has said in an interview with the Segodnya online news site.

As of today, the activity of Russian troops is observed at the training grounds of the Southern Military District of Russia and at naval training grounds in the Black Sea, he said.
