LVIV REGION. The first unit - one of the mechanized squadrons of the separate mechanized brigade - has recently arrived at the International Peacekeeping and Security Center of the Petro Sahaidachnyi Land Forces Academy near Yavoriv, Lviv region, where joint military drills of Ukrainian and Canadian Armed Forces are underway. From day one, Ukrainian soldiers plunged head on in the intensive exercises of different disciplines following the standards of the Canadian army. Highly professional servicemen of the Canadian Armed Forces and the instructors of the International Peacekeeping and Security Center share their experience and knowledge on how to act in modern armed conflicts with Ukrainian soldiers.
