Drone strikes private household in Sumy community

A Russian drone struck a private household in the Sumy community, hitting a property in Vakalivshchyna of the Bytytsia community, causing damage to a residential building and outbuildings.
Serhii Kryvosheienko, head of the Sumy City Military Administration, announced this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"The enemy continues to shell the Sumy community. In Vakalivshchyna of the Bytytsia community, a UAV struck a private household," Kryvosheienko wrote.
According to him, the strike destroyed a residential building and outbuildings.
Preliminary reports indicate that there were no casualties.
Emergency services are currently working to eliminate the consequences of the drone strike.
Russian forces shelled the Sumy region more than 20 times over the past day. A 66-year-old woman was injured, and residential buildings and infrastructure facilities were damaged and destroyed.
