Russian drone destroys house in Chernihiv region, killing man
This was reported on Telegram by Vyacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, according to Ukrinform.
“A residential building was destroyed by drone strikes on the village of the Semenivka community. The body of a man was found at the scene—the 64-year-old homeowner was killed in the attack,” Chaus reported.
According to him, in Semenivka itself, an FPV drone struck a truck on the grounds of a sawmill. Later, a “Lancet” struck another truck. An FPV drone also struck a civilian vehicle.
In Novhorod-Siversk, a “Gerbera” struck a gas station. In a village in the Novhorod-Siversk community, FPV drones attacked a private building.
In the Snovsk community, hits on transportation infrastructure were recorded. In a village in the Snovsk district, a house was damaged; according to preliminary information, a 78-year-old man was injured.
In a village in the Koryukivka community, a hectare of dry grass caught fire. In another village, a house’s roof was damaged by an FPV drone strike.
In a village in the Horodnia community, a farm building caught fire after being struck by a “Gerbera.”
In the Krutya community of the Nizhyn district, a “Gerbera” struck the grounds of one of the enterprises.
The head of the Regional Military Administration added that, in addition to residential and transportation infrastructure, energy facilities were again targeted.
As reported by Ukrinform, on June 3, Russian troops struck a farm in the village of the Ponornytsa community in the Chernihiv region with “Geran” missiles, resulting in a fire in the buildings where grain and agricultural equipment were stored.
