Russian drone attacks civilian car in Donetsk region, killing three

An FPV drone attacked a civilian vehicle in the town of Mykolaivka in Ukraine’s Donetsk region in the morning of February 17, killing three people and wounding one other.
This was reported on Facebook by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Donetsk Region, according to Ukrinform.
“This morning, the enemy struck a civilian vehicle with an FPV drone in the town of Mykolaivka, Kramatorsk district. As a result of the attack, three people were killed and one person was injured,” the statement said.
Emergency responders provided assistance to the injured person at the scene and handed them over to paramedics, the service added.
In addition, firefighters extinguished a fire that broke out in the vehicle.
As previously reported, Russian forces carried out 980 strikes on the Donetsk region over the past day, damaging 22 civilian facilities.
