Ukraine’s Defense Forces strike Russian Ka-27 helicopter in Crimea
As reported by Ukrinform, the announcement was made on Facebook by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“On the night of February 17, Ukrainian forces struck an enemy naval multi-role helicopter Ka-27 near the settlement of Kamyshly (temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea). A hit on the target has been confirmed,” the statement said.

In addition, on February 16, three command points for Russian UAVs were struck: near Huliaipole (temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia region); near Anatoliivka in Russia’s Kursk region; and near Zatyshshia in the Zaporizhzhia region.
Enemy losses and the full scale of the damage are still being clarified.
As previously reported, Ukraine’s Special Operations Forces struck a storage site for Russia’s Iskander missile system and a drone control point of the Rubikon unit.
