Oil refinery on fire in Russia's Kuban region – CCD

An oil refinery is burning in Russia's Kuban region.

According to Ukrinform, Andrii Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, said this in a post on Telegram.

According to him, "an oil refinery caught fire in Russia's Kuban region."

Kovalenko also noted that "Russia carried out another massive attack on our infrastructure, the planning of which had been known in advance."

These enemy actions are taking place in parallel with a meeting between the Ukrainian delegation and the American and Russian delegations in attempts to end the war, Kovalenko said.

On February 12, Ukrainian forces struck the Ukhta oil refinery in Russia's Komi Republic.
