Russia strikes Kherson region: One killed, six injured
The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
Yesterday, enemy drone strikes, air raids, and artillery shelling hit numerous settlements, including Antonivka, Zelenivka, Prydniprovske, Sadove, Stepanivka, Stanislav, Sofiivka, Oleksandrivka, Shyroka Balka, Chornobaivka, Kyselivka, Ivanivka, Novotiahynka, Bilozerka, Veletenske, Dniprovskе, Kizomys, Romashkove, Yantarne, Beryslav, Zolota Balka, Ukrainka, Burhunka, Mykolaivka, Chervonyi Maiak, Myroliubivka, Osokorivka, Khreshchenivka, Mylove, Sablukivka, Vesele, Kozatske, and the city of Kherson.
Russian forces targeted critical and social infrastructure as well as residential areas. Damage was reported to three apartment buildings, 19 private houses, an office building, outbuildings, a store, retail kiosks, gas pipelines, agricultural equipment, a private garage, and vehicles.
As a result of the Russian aggression, one person was killed and six were injured.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, on December 25, Russian troops shelled central Kherson, injuring three people.
