Ukrainian forces receive reinforcements, hold back Russian pressure in Pokrovsk-Myrnohrad agglomeration

According to Ukrinform, the East Group of Forces said this in a Facebook post.

Within the area of responsibility of the East Group of Forces, Ukrainian units are containing the onslaught of Russian invaders and have repelled 46 assaults since the start of the day.

Active operations by Ukrainian units are ongoing in the area of the Pokrovsk-Myrnohrad agglomeration.

Russian forces are sustaining significant losses and have already committed their entire operational reserve – an airborne division consisting of three regiments.

"With these forces, the Russians are trying to break through our defenses both on the flanks and head-on. However, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have also recently received reinforcements, so they are successfully countering these attempts," the military said.

The Defense Forces continue to control the northern part of Pokrovsk. In the central part of the city, Ukrainian troops are blocking the enemy's advance.

In Myrnohrad, Ukrainian units are holding defensive lines and eliminating the invaders on the approaches to the city.

Logistics remains complicated. Measures are being taken to expand logistical corridors to Myrnohrad in order to strengthen the supply capabilities of Ukrainian units.
