Ukrainian soldiers wipe out Russians attempting to raise flag in Vovchansk

Fighters of the 57th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade of the 16th Army Corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated Russian invaders who attempted to raise their flag over a building in Vovchansk, Kharkiv region.

According to Ukrinform, the press service of the 16th Army Corps reported this on Facebook and released a corresponding video.

“Once again, they tried to pass wishful thinking off as reality as a pair of Russians made a suicidal attempt to raise the tricolor over a building in the town of Vovchansk in Kharkiv region. It ended as usual – units of the 16th Army Corps quickly eliminated the invaders,” the statement reads.

The military noted that heavy fighting continues in devastated Vovchansk. Soldiers of the 57th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade are controlling the situation, holding their positions, and delivering a strong response to the enemy destroying Russian manpower and equipment.
