Rescuing operation still ongoing three days after Russian attack on Ternopil

In Ternopil, debris removal operation has been ongoing for a third day after the enemy strike. Rescuers are working across the entire area of the destroyed section of the building, at the level of the 5th–6th floors, inspecting every meter — by hand, with tools, and with equipment.
As of 07:00, approximately 638 tons of construction debris had been removed.
Fifty-two units of equipment and 181 rescuers have been deployed to deal with the aftermath.
"The consequences of the strike for people remain tragic: 28 deaths are confirmed, among them 3 children, and 94 injured, including 18 children," the statement said.
Forty-six people have been rescued, including seven children.
Contact with 16 individuals has still not been established.
Rescue operations continue.
As Ukrinform reported, on the morning of November 19, the Russians attacked Ternopil with strike drones and missiles. Two residential high-rise buildings were hit in the city. Earlier reports said 26 people had been killed and 93 injured.
