TV tower damaged in Chernihiv due to Russian strike

A TV tower has been damaged in Chernihiv as a result of a strike by Russian troops, and people are being urged to stay at least 200 meters away from the structure.
This was reported by the press service of the Chernihiv City Council on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“As a result of the Russian military strike on the TV tower in the center of Chernihiv, the structure was damaged. To prevent possible emergencies and ensure the safety of residents, work will be carried out in the near future to stabilize the structure,” the post says.
The city council is asking Chernihiv residents not to approach the TV tower and to limit their presence within a radius of 200 meters around it.
As reported, Russian invaders attacked a critical infrastructure facility in the center of Chernihiv.
