Two killed, three injured as Russian forces attack two districts of Dnipropetrovsk region
Serhii Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, announced this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
"In the Synelnykove district, a 66-year-old man and a 76-year-old woman were killed in the enemy attacks. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Another local woman, aged 56, was injured. She is receiving medical care but remains in serious condition," the official said.
According to him, Russian forces struck the Vasylkivka and Mezhova communities, using FPV drones and multiple launch rocket systems. A garage and an outbuilding caught fire, and two homes were damaged.
In the Nikopol district, the city of Nikopol as well as the Marhanets, Myrove, Chervonohryhorivka, and Pokrovske communities came under enemy fire. The Russians used FPV drones and heavy artillery in those attacks.
"Two people were injured. A 66-year-old woman will recover at home, while a 51-year-old man remains under medical supervision," Lysak said.
He added that in the affected settlements, 11 private houses, several outbuildings, and a gas station were damaged, and a power line was also hit.
