Turkish citizen killed in Russia's Sept 28 attack on Kyiv – media
That is according to the IHA news agency, Ukrinform reports.
"Truck driver Tevfik Bektas, from Sakarya, transporting a load from Akyazi to Kyiv, Ukraine, unloaded his cargo and waited in the customs area. Bektas, a father of three, allegedly chose to remain in his truck despite warnings to enter shelters issued before the 12-hour bombardment launched by Russia," the agency said.
The Turkish citizen was killed when a bomb hit the area he was in during the bombardment. Footage shared shows the moment trucks and large vehicles burst into flames after the bombardment.

Russia launched a massive overnight strike on Ukraine on September 28, using various types of missiles and drones. At least four people were killed in Kyiv, and more than 70 were injured across the country.
