Two killed, six injured in Russian attacks on Kherson region over past day
Kherson regional governor Oleksandr Prokudin said this in a post on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
He stressed that Russian drone strikes, air raids, and artillery shelling targeted Stanislav, Dudchany, Beryslav, Chervonyi Maiak, Tomyna Balka, Khreshchenivka, Shevchenkivka, Urozhaine, Nadiivka, Tarasa Shevchenka, Bilozerka, Mykhailivka, Mykilske, Antonivka, Prydniprovske, Shyroka Balka, Vysoke, Novovorontsovka, Osokorivka, Dariivka, Honcharne, Sadove, Sofiivka, Dniprovske, Kizomys, Mykolaivka, Vesele, Zmiivka, Komyshany, Odradokamianka, Poniativka, and Kherson.
Two apartment buildings, 17 private homes, outbuildings, and cars were damaged.
Russian aggression claimed two lives and left six more people injured, Prokudin said.
He added that on the night of September 15-16, Ukrainian air defense forces destroyed two Russian Shahed-131/136 drones over the Kherson region.
