During his visit to the United Kingdom, Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal visited a training ground where Ukrainian military personnel are being trained.

According to Ukrinform, he reported this on Telegram.

The minister inspected the training conditions of soldiers who are being trained by instructors from the armed forces of the United Kingdom, Romania, Albania, Denmark, Australia, Finland, Sweden, New Zealand, Kosovo, Lithuania, and Estonia.

Shmyhal spoke with Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen and foreign instructors and listened to their opinions on the training process.

He also listened to a briefing from the commander of Operation Interflex. As part of the operation, more than 60,000 Ukrainian military personnel have already been trained since June 2022.

He took part in the graduation ceremony for a group of 150 soldiers who will soon join the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and awarded Ukrainian and foreign military personnel with decorations.
