Russian army loses another 950 troops in war against Ukraine

The total combat losses of Russian forces in the war against Ukraine from February 24, 2022, to September 9, 2025, amount to approximately 1,090,010 personnel, including 950 troops lost in the past 24 hours.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
In addition, Russia’s military has lost: 11,169 tanks (+1), 23,261 armored combat vehicles (+3), 32,577 artillery systems (+32), 1,482 multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) (+1), 1,217 air defense systems (+0), 422 aircraft (+0), 341 helicopters (+0), 57,504 tactical-level UAVs (+226), 3,691 cruise missiles (+0), 28 ships/boats (+0), 1 submarine (+0), 61,207 vehicles and fuel tankers (+72), 3,963 units of special equipment (+2).

As previously reported by Ukrinform, there were 158 combat engagements on the front lines as of 22:00 on September 8.
