Russian drones attack Zaporizhzhia: Fire breaks out, elderly woman wounded

This was reported by Ukrinform, citing the Telegram channel of Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration (RMA).

“The Russians attacked the city with drones. As a result of the enemy strike, a private house is reportedly on fire,” the post reads.

According to the RMA, at least two enemy strikes hit Zaporizhzhia. Initial reports indicated no casualties.

Later, Ivan Fedorov provided an update.

“A 66-year-old woman was injured in the enemy strike,” he wrote on Telegram.

Emergency crews have been deployed to manage the aftermath.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, three people were injured in the Sumy region in a single day due to Russian attacks, including two rescue workers.
