YouTube channels of sanctioned blogger Andrey Lugansky blocked in Ukraine

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation at the NSDC on Facebook.

“YouTube has blocked six channels belonging to blogger Andrii Serebrianskyi in Ukraine, which were spreading narratives consistent with Russian propaganda,” the statement said.

The Center for Countering Disinformation noted that blogger and former TV presenter Andrii Serebrianskyi, better known as 'Andrey Lugansky,' left Ukraine after the start of the full-scale invasion.

Sanctions against him were imposed by the National Security and Defense Council, enacted by a decree of the President of Ukraine on July 20, 2025.

According to Ukrinform, YouTube has blocked the channels of Russian journalist and propagandist Yulia Latynina, as well as former Ukrainian MP Hennadiy Balashov. Both Latynina and Balashov were sanctioned by the National Security and Defense Council in Ukraine.
