
One killed, several injured in Russian missile strike on Kryvyi Rih
Oleksandr Vilkul, head of the Kryvyi Rih Defense Council, confirmed the strike in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports:
"Kryvyi Rih. Missile attack. We understand the situation and are already responding. Please follow information hygiene," he said.
Shortly afterward, Serhii Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, reported: "A fire broke out. Civilian infrastructure was damaged. There may be people trapped under the rubble."
He added that authorities were assessing the extent of the destruction.
Later, Lysak said that a 53-year-old man had been killed in the strike.
"Three people were injured. All have been hospitalized. Two are in serious condition, while one woman sustained moderate injuries," he said.
