Air Defense Forces destroy over dozen enemy drones threatening capital - KCMA

The Kyiv CMA reported this in Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

“At night, the enemy once again used drones against Kyiv! Russian drones came to the capital of Ukraine in waves, mostly as single targets and from different directions. The air alert in the city was announced twice during the night and lasted for 4 hours in total,” the statement said.

According to the head of the KCMA, Serhiy Popko, the Defense Forces detected and destroyed more than a dozen Russian drones that threatened Kyiv.

“Preliminarily, a fall was recorded in the city, but without serious damage or casualties,” the official added.

As reported, Russian troops launched several groups of attack drones from the north in the evening. Air defense systems were operating in Kyiv during the air alert.
