Mother and daughter killed in artillery shelling of Nikopol

Dnipropetrovsk regional governor Serhii Lysak announced this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

"Two women were killed in Nikopol - a mother and her daughter. One was 40 years old. The other turned 72 today. In addition to the victims, there is also an injured person. This is a 46-year-old man. He will undergo outpatient treatment," Lysak said.

According to him, the enemy has struck Nikopol with a dozen shells. The strikes damaged apartment buildings, causing a fire on a balcony in one apartment building. Private houses, a fire department, a college, a school, and buses were damaged.
